14.12 Creating View

There are several types of view you can choose from.

To create a new view go to View>Create view. Choose a format for your new view.

14.12.1 Creating Standard View

To create standard view:

7. Specify the Name of the view you create.

8. Check the corresponding boxes to choose what columns are to be displayed.

9. Sort the order of the items.

10. Define the Filter for the items.

11. Decide how your items will be grouped.

12. Specify the Totals, Styles, Folders, Item limit and Mobile setting for your view and press the OK button to save changes and Cancel to discard them.

14.12.2 Creating Calendar View

To create Calendar view:

7. Specify the Name of the view you create.

8. Select the Audience for this view (Personal/Public).

9. Define the Time interval for your view.

10. Specify the Calendar columns.

11. Choose the Default scope for your view (Day/Week/Month).

12. Assign a Filter and press OK to save settings and Cancel to discard them.

 

14.12.3 Creating Gantt View

To create Gantt view:

9. Specify the Name of the view you create.

10. Select the Audience for this view (Personal/Public).

11. Define the Columns for your view.

12. Define the Gantt columns for your view.

13. Sort the order of the items.

14. Define the Filter for the items.

15. Decide how your items will be grouped.

16. Specify the Totals, Styles, Folders, Item limit setting for your view and press the OK button to save changes and Cancel to discard them.

 

14.12.4 Creating Datasheet View

To create Datasheet view:

8. Specify the Name of the view you create.

9. Select the Audience for this view (Personal/Public).

10. Define the Time interval for your view.

11. Specify the Calendar columns.

12. Choose the Default scope for your view (Day/Week/Month).

13. Assign a Filter.

14. Specify the Totals, Folders, Item limit setting for your view and press the OK button to save changes and Cancel to discard them.
