The Office Hours web part has several views. See below the description of each view.
· My Appointments – displays appointments with a user (incoming and outgoing).
Appointments are highlighted according to their status (approved are green, rejected are red, pending are blue).
The views described below allow viewing available time intervals of selected users and create appointments with them.
· My Teachers – displays host users that are Teachers in the courses a user is enrolled in.
· My Assistants – displays host users that are Assistants in the courses a user is enrolled in.
· My Faculty – displays host users, which have Full Control in the courses a user is enrolled in.
There are also host groups (with users who have the Contribute type access rights): Teachers, Assistants, Faculty. For more information about adding users, see the Adding users to Host Site paragraph.
